F. Carcinoma stomach

1.        Specimen of gastrectomy

2. Mucosal surface of stomach shows an ulcer with ill defined margins

3. The surrounding mucosa appears flattened with loss of mucosal folds

Microscopy:

1. Pleomorphic tumor cells arranged in acinar pattern

2. Tumor cells are seen infiltrating the lamina propria and muscularis externa
