Diagnosis: Obstructive jaundice
A 55-year-old female having history of recurrent jaundice and distension of abdomen with increased direct bilirubinemia, alkaline phosphatase and gamma glutamyl transferase
Normal SGOT, SGPT, Total proteins, albumin and A:G ratio.

Pancreatitis and Pancreatic cancer
Inflammatory stricture of bile ducts
