A. Interpret the FNAC smear

FNAC smear shows tumor cells arranged in clusters. Individual tumor cells have pleomorphic nuclei and moderate cytoplasm. Tumor giant cell seen.

B. What is your probable diagnosis?

Metastatic carcinoma
