 Sugar              - 98 mg %

 Cell count         - 850 cells/cumm

A. What is the diagnosis? Write two points in favour of your diagnosis.

Diagnosis: Metastatic carcinoma suggestive of adenocarcinoma

1. Cluster of tumour cells 

2. Individual tumour cells have hyperchromatic irregular nuclei, prominent nucleoli and moderate cytoplasm.

B.  What are the causes for the above condition?

1. Gastric adenocarcinoma

2. Ovarian carcinoma

3. Colonic adenocarcinoma
